Document batch translation workflow; move toolkit to Codeberg
readme.dj: add Verify stage (check-translation.py, 11 checks) to the translation pipeline and a 'Translating a batch of books' section pointing to toolkit AGENTS.md Workflow C (proven on 9 books, 2026-08-07). .gitmodules: point toolkit submodule at codeberg.org/eastwind (migrated from git.sr.ht); bump submodule to include the check gate and Workflow C docs.

## Translating a batch of books
To translate several books at once, run one omp session per book in its own
herdr pane with the slow model (`omp --model slow --cwd <book dir>`), review
all of them in parallel, then send each pane an apply pass and gate the batch
with `check-translation.py` before packaging a zip. The full recipe, the three
canonical prompts (translate / review / apply), and the hard-won gotchas live
in `toolkit/AGENTS.md` → **Workflow C**. Proven on 9 books in a single run
(2026-08-07): every book passed all 11 checks.
