## Source Anomalies (preserved as-is)
### 1. Numbering inconsistency in section (二) 提升行动
Under "1. 打造安心茶室" the sub-items are numbered 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 (expected 1.1--1.3); under "2. 开展小小读书会" the sub-items are numbered 1.1--1.6 (expected 2.1--2.6). This appears to be a numbering slip in the source PDF. Both source.dj and target.dj preserve the source numbering verbatim. Recommend flagging to the source editors.
### 2. Unclosed quotation mark
In 小小读书会 item 1.1: 哪怕一个人也可开始"自己的读书会，读到自心。 --- the opening " has no closing partner in the source. The English closes the quote naturally: 'Even one person can start "their own reading group," reading all the way to their own heart.' Recommend flagging to the source editors.
