location now ./skills/ with symlinks in ~/.hermes/skills/.
translation-review: merged CSV/XLSX review + .dj comparison workflows
into single SKILL.md. Added buddhist-terminology.md and
terms-db-alignment.md references from Hermes version.

- Matched 75 paragraphs from _full.docx English translation
- Manually split 8 paragraphs where 260423 has different breaks
- Translated 24 table/prayer section paragraphs
- Preserved all run-level formatting (bold, sz, color, highlight)
- Kept Buddhist term (恩田) in original characters with English gloss
